Boasting transparency as well as conductive properties, indium oxides are used in a wide range of high-tech industries, from personal computers to liquid crystal displays. Indium oxides are also utilized in automotive window films to block infrared rays.

Until recently, indium has been produced only in extremely small quantities by a handful of zinc producers as a by-product of zinc smelting. To guarantee a supply of this increasingly important metal, Shinko Chemical is constantly purification and upgrading our indium recycling processes. One innovative process that was proprietary rare metal recycling process is used to extract indium from waste materials.

We produce high purity indium metal of 4N to 6N as well as various kinds of indium compounds using high purity indium metal.
